Cancellation & Refund

1. Credit Purchases

All credit purchases on DATE-INN are final and non-refundable. Credits are virtual items used within the app and have no cash value. Once credits are used (e.g., for likes), they cannot be refunded.

2. Subscription Services (Bar Owners)

Bar owner subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel a bar owner subscription:

  • Log into your bar owner dashboard
  • Navigate to Settings > Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be provided in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical errors that prevented service delivery
  • Duplicate charges
  • Unauthorised transactions (with proper verification)
  • Service interruptions lasting more than 48 hours

5. Refund Process

To request a refund for exceptional circumstances, contact our support team at info@date-inn.com within 7 days of the transaction. Include your order ID, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Account Deletion

Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for unused credits or active subscriptions. Please cancel any subscriptions before deleting your account.
