Child Safety Standards

Last updated: March 2026

Date-Inn maintains strict child safety standards and has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form on our platform.

1. Our Commitment

Date-Inn (operated by Webeeyo Ltd) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of child safety. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, abuses, or endangers minors in any form.

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Date-Inn strictly and explicitly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
  • Grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication directed at minors
  • Any content that sexualises individuals under the age of 18
  • Sharing, distributing, or facilitating access to CSAM
  • Attempts to meet minors for sexual purposes

3. Age Requirement

Date-Inn is strictly an 18+ platform. Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any feature of the app. We take reasonable steps to enforce this requirement and will immediately remove any account found to belong to a minor.

4. In-App Reporting Mechanism

Date-Inn provides users with an in-app mechanism to report any content or behaviour that violates our Child Safety Standards. To report a concern:

  • Tap the report icon on any user profile or content
  • Select the relevant category (e.g., 'Inappropriate content involving a minor')
  • Submit your report — our moderation team reviews all reports promptly
  • You may also contact us directly at the email address below

5. Handling of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

If any CSAM is identified on our platform, Date-Inn will:

  • Immediately remove the content and suspend the associated account
  • Preserve evidence and report the incident to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and relevant UK authorities (including the Internet Watch Foundation)
  • Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
  • Take all reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent recurrence

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Date-Inn complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including:

  • UK Online Safety Act 2023
  • Children Act 1989 and associated UK legislation
  • GDPR and UK Data Protection Act 2018 (as applied to children's data)
  • The Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) guidelines
  • NCMEC reporting obligations applicable to online platforms
